Haunted Vermont
Vermont is a fine place to ghost-hunt and explore many historical sites.Glastenberry Mountain in Bennington is considered cursed by local Native Americans and has been the site of 30-40 disappearances over the years.
The spirit of Mrs. Martin Brown is said to haunt the historic White House Inn of Wilmington, Vermont. Both staff and guests have reported unexplainable cold spots, doors that open by themselves, and visible apparitions.
The Inn itself includes a vast attic, a dungeon-like basement with dark areas and coal boilers, a locking iron vault and even a hidden staircase.
